Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Drop Union. We aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and transparently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During product launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.

Remote Locations 5–10 Business Days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

From time to time, Drop Union may offer:

  • Free Shipping promotions
  • Flat-rate shipping
  • Express shipping options

The applicable shipping fee will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email and/or SMS
  • Your tracking number
  • Courier partner details

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the shipping address is incorrect,
  • the recipient is unavailable,
  • or the package is refused,

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Drop Union is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at contact@dropunion.in. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Courier network disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • High order volumes

Such delays are beyond our reasonable control, and delivery dates should be considered estimates rather than guarantees.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery:

  • Take clear photos of the package before opening it.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and supporting photos.

We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

10. Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your shipment appears lost, please contact us.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate. If the shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to verification.

11. Partial Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to:

  • Inventory availability
  • Multiple warehouse locations
  • Product size or packaging requirements

You will receive tracking information for each shipment, where applicable.

12. Delivery Acceptance

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
